My professional journey began in career development and workforce education, where I served as a Career Services Director helping trade school students transition into successful careers and entrepreneurship. During that time, I partnered with community leaders, developed professional growth programs, created internship opportunities, and supported aspiring business owners as they launched and expanded their ventures. That experience shaped my passion for leadership, operational structure, and community impact.
Over the past decade, I expanded my expertise into real estate and property management, overseeing residential and commercial operations with a strong focus on organizational systems, process improvement, client experience, and operational efficiency. My background includes working extensively within low-income housing, veteran-focused programs, property development support, vendor coordination, and business operations management.
Today, as the founder of Business Butler, I combine my experience in operations leadership and real estate operations to help entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and growing businesses create scalable systems, improve workflow efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and operate more strategically. I specialize in turning ideas into actionable processes that support long-term business growth and sustainability.
